    Customer service not up to par.
    Bought an item from coles which proved cheaper than what they were selling, and accidentally let them scan the item during check out.
    Provided little to no assistance, saying they would inform me of my query withing 10-15mins.
    Called them an hour later, and was provided an extremely lousy excuse as a response, which basically summed up to them not willing to handle my case.
