- GLENYS HOLMES Added September 22, 2023★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The store is an absolute mess no matter when you walk in. I know this is mostly due to customers but clean it up at days end. I inadvertently left an item I paid for at a checkout and either the phone rings and rings, or someone picks it up and hangs up everytime I have tried to call them regarding this. On a better note the lady at the door is extremely helpful and lovely .

Unfortunately many of the racks are a shambles after being picked over. Found some excellent bargains though. New born clothes $12 reduced to $2. Set of three Newborn short sleeve rompers $12. Would be better if staff could organise sale items into sizes.
- Richi Dolli Added September 07, 2023★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I’ve been to may Kmart stores in my life but this one tops them all. Just to use a few words, this store is a mess. After 10min. of looking at at this clutter and chaos in this store I just had to leave.
At the other end of the shopping center there is Big W, and that’s the way a discount store should look like. Clean the shelves neatly stacked, on clutter and everything where it should be. A shopping experience well worth coming back for.
